New, free online follow-up text message scripts and templates for agents working the field in 2018. Are you looking for something to say? Then here's your source (at least one of them). =)
FIRST OFF: TXT messaging is a sensitive marketing channel to leverage. Do not spam folks - especially people you don't know (that's just creepy). However, there is a role for TXT messaging people that you've had light communication with. These leads may be somewhere between "neighbor you've recently met" and "friend of a friend asking their network for tips on the market."
That said, here are some great text message followup templates for you to use in your 2018 campaigns. You'll see a lot of reference to a market report, something we can't recommend highly enough. Generate yours at offrs.com if you don't yet know where to customize a home-welcome kit or CMA / marketing report. Be sure to share!

"So what did you think of the neighborhood report? A lot of interesting stuff in there, right? Are you available tomorrow to talk in person?"
