When it comes to Predictive Sellers, we are the leader in optimizing marketing dollars to drive listing leads. None of our competition leverage predictive algorithms to drive their lead generation. Primarily, because most of the competition only offer Buyer Leads and not listing leads. Our lead channels are more robust than the competition going beyond just Google and Facebook Ads. Finally, our pricing allows our clients to reach a ROI (Return on investment) sooner and with less risk. Almost all other solutions require over $1,000/month commitment and long term contracts to use their products.
offrs has a unique approach to marketing home owners and buyers. For homeowners we build a custom audience using our predictive seller list which drives our advertising directly to high-likely sellers. The competition is forced to use keyword-based Pay-per-Click or choose a much larger audience with their ads. The result is the competition spends more money on the ads, which drives the cost per lead higher.
Our competitors pricing is determined by two primary drivers. The first is their CRM product. In most cases, they require you to buy their CRM product (even if you don't need it). The second driver is the Ad Spend. The ad spend is what can scale the number of leads they can generate for you.
Predictive Sellers are identified using our algorithm. We leverage predictive analytics and build mathematical models to score each property in your area from 0 to 100. Any home scored over 80 we identify as a predictive seller which means they are more likely to list their home in the next 12 months than any other property in that zip code. The In-Market Leads are home owners or buyers who have engaged with one of our campaigns (online or offline) and thus are added to our Lead Feed. For example, they fill out a form on Facebook Ad, respond to a direct mail campaign or engage with popular real estate search portals.
